Refund policy

Since we are using Amazon FBA (MCF) they will be handling all of our returns.
When you use FBA, Amazon becomes your customer service department and handles your returns. The customer is instructed on where to return based on their own selections when they process the return (ie. Khols, UPS store, etc). Our address isn't one of them. I don't imagine MCF works any differently since it’s still FBA.
